Requirements

• Have 3+ years of related education, work and/or related military experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers and sales team s to support the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience
• Maximize sales efforts by working with the sales team on sales processes, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing marketing initiatives
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone
