We are currently seeking an Archivist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Archivist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing and preserving clinical trial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating efficient data retrieval processes. What you will be doing Organizing, cataloging, and maintaining electronic and physical archives of clinical trial documents, including protocols, study reports, and regulatory submissions. Implementing and maintaining document management systems and processes to ensure accurate version control, accessibility, and security of clinical trial documentation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support document collection, review, and submission activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Conducting quality checks and audits of archived documents to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on document management best practices, policies, and procedures. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree or certification in archives management preferred. Previous experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Proficiency in document management systems and software applications, with a solid understanding of regulatory guidelines and requirements for document retention and archiving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in document management and archiving.
