About the Job. JPI is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to support the design, production, and construction administration of multifamily projects. This position reports directly to the Director of Architectural Production and plays a key role within the Architectural Production Studio by helping coordinate design efforts across all project phases. The ideal candidate will bring 3-7 years of multifamily experience and a strong ability to support architectural production in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, while working closely with Project Architects, Studio Directors, consultants, and internal JPI teams. The Architectural Project Coordinator helps transform design concepts into coordinated drawing sets, supports consultant integration, and assists with construction-phase documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
