About The Position

Join our dynamic forensic architecture team to support investigations and restoration projects. This role focuses on Revit-based modeling, structural detailing, and framing plans, often working with existing floor plans. Requirements

Degree in Architecture or a related field.
2-5 years of experience; forensic or restoration work is a plus.
Strong Revit skills; experience with Bluebeam and structural detailing is preferred.
Comfortable with site visits involving soot, odors, and sensitive conditions (PPE provided or reimbursed).

Nice To Haves

Experience with point cloud scanning (BLK, NavVis MLX) - training available.
Knowledge of Struck Calc and restoration processes.
Client interfacing personality.
Knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate forensic projects from site visit to final documentation.
Assist with inspections, evidence collection, and damage assessments.
Prepare drawings and reports using Revit and Bluebeam.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
