About The Position

Quality Glass and Mirror Service is a high-growth, market leader in glass fabrication serving a six-state territory from our headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. This role requires a goal-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results – our name is our reputation, and we take Quality seriously. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales methodologies, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and communicating with glazing contractors and manufacturers.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of sales and/or estimating experience in the architectural glass and/or aluminum industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and experience with customer-specific pricing/quoting.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product information to customers.
  • Positive attitude and team player, motivated to achieve top-tier results.

Nice To Haves

  • experience using Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing customer accounts through customer visits, cold calling, quoting, and estimating.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their product needs and communicate with internal stakeholders to respond with accurate and timely quotes and ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and timely.
  • Present Quality Glass products and service features and benefits as they relate to fulfilling prospective customers’ product gaps and/or fulfilling their product growth requirements.
  • Utilize and maintain Salesforce with complete and up-to-date information on all stages of assigned prospects and clients.
  • Educate customers on glass and aluminum products with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by following up on customer quotes and orders, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Persistent sales prospecting to identify new customer opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities
