About The Position

As an entry-level Architectural Engineer, you’ll support the design, evaluation, and performance of building systems across a wide range of projects. You’ll help our team understand how buildings are put together, how they perform, and how we can make them better. From assisting with assessments of existing structures to supporting design tasks on new construction, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our projects are durable, efficient, and well-coordinated. Working closely with senior engineers and architects, you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as building enclosure performance, material behavior, waterproofing concepts, structural interactions, and construction practices. This role is designed to help you learn, grow, and gradually take on more responsibility while contributing meaningfully to projects from day one.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A genuine interest in building performance, construction, and how materials and systems come together.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn building enclosure and architectural engineering concepts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and field work as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams on investigations, assessments, and design tasks.
  • Assist with site visits, photo documentation, and preparation of technical reports.
  • Help develop drawings, details, and technical specifications under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Participate in field observations, basic testing, and construction administration activities.
  • Contribute to research, data analysis, and review of architectural/engineering documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions for our clients.
