About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Architectural Design Technician who’s excited to transform concepts into construction-ready designs and be part of a team that actually builds what it designs.

You’ll take rough sketches and ideas and turn them into polished, buildable plans — all while working in a fast-paced, upbeat environment where collaboration and creativity matter.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• A solid understanding of construction and how things actually get built
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• A creative eye paired with technical precision
• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)

Nice To Haves

• 3D rendering experience is a plus — bonus points if you love visuals

Responsibilities

• Detailed architectural and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Real-world designs for agricultural and commercial buildings across Wisconsin
• Clean, code-compliant plans that move seamlessly from concept to construction
• Visual solutions in collaboration with architects, engineers, and sales teams
