About The Position

This is a role for an architect who wants their work to mean something. You'll partner day-to-day with our in-house engineering disciplines, contributing to designs that directly affect how people work, how facilities perform, and how our clients operate. • Develop and maintain high-quality project documents and drawings — accurate, clear, and well-coordinated
  • Research and define design parameters aligned with client intent and project goals
  • Interpret and apply codes and standards (IBC/IFC, NFPA, OSHA) for industrial, laboratory, office, and hazardous occupancies; prepare code analyses for clients and AHJ review
  • Coordinate closely with in-house engineers to develop innovative, practical, and constructible solutions
  • Observe and monitor construction activities, providing reviews and clarifications as needed
  • Travel to project sites or accept client site assignments when the work requires it
  • Contribute actively to business development efforts — as an owner, winning new work is part of the job

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • life insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • As an ESOP participant, you'll receive an annual allocation of company stock, tangible stake in the firm's growth and profitability. This is wealth-building that compounds over time and is funded entirely by the company on your behalf.
