Throughout all phases of the design process, our office requires people to work both collaboratively and independently. Our ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits: • Self-starter • Confidence and willingness to push creative boundaries • Strong design capabilities complimented by presentation skills that convey design thinking • Strong capability of developing and coordinating project documentation, execution, construction plans, details etc. preferably in Revit • Flexibility and eagerness to take on new challenges and assignments on complex project types • Excellent time management skills (efficient) • Positive, can-do attitude We want to see you grow and succeed! Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program • 6+ years of experience working in a professional office • Professional architectural licensure • Has strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working in a collaborative studio environment with teams of varying sizes • Experience managing aspects of projects from conceptual design through project completion • Provides architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects. • Must be highly proficient in Revit and Rhino • Knowledge of Vray and Enscape is preferred • Knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite Salary commensurate with experience. The compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
