About The Position

CHA Consulting Inc. (Boston, MA) seeks to hire an Architect II. This position will independently evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Two (2) years of experience as an architectural designer
• Two (2) years of experience preparing architectural construction documents and 3D renders
• Using Revit to prepare 3D models
• Enscape and CAD

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and routine architectural-related tasks assigned at the direction of a supervisor using the standards set by the company, group, and/or client
• Write reports and specifications covering architectural matters
• Finish plans or approval of materials and construction
• Responsible for phases of individual revenue/producing projects
• Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
• Perform assignments with minimal supervision
• Complete sections of permits
• Complete field assignments, when appropriate
