Architect for Data management (DQ, lineage, dictionary) No of Position: 1 Location: NYC, NY (Fulltime Prefer) An architect for data management (dq lineage, dictionary) needs a combination of technical and soft skills, including expertise in data modeling, database management, metadata management, and ETL processes. They must also possess strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities to design and implement data management frameworks. Need a strong candidate for Data management expert Technical skills Data modeling: The ability to design and create visual representations of data assets and their relationships. Database management: Proficiency with different database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and relational database management systems. Metadata management: A strong understanding of data lifecycle management and how to apply metadata principles across an organization's data. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Experience in designing and improving ETL processes and data pipelines. Data warehousing and Big Data: Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies like Hadoop. Cloud computing: Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Data lineage and dictionary: Specific experience in mapping data flows and building comprehensive data dictionaries. The pay range for this role is $130k - $140k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
