About The Position

CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.
Responsibilities: Systems engineer for an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Position will lead a small team of developers to maintain and enhance a Data Dictionary utility and repository. Responsibilities will include collaboration with internal and external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, process improvement, and testing. Tasking will also include development, review, and enhancement of customer-facing and internal technical documentation.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with polygraph
• 7 years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities.
• 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
