Overview: The Ondaro Enterprise Architect is responsible for our client’s success. The Enterprise Architect role works directly with assigned clients aligning their ServiceNow technology strategy with their overall business objectives. Their main duties include developing ways to integrate business systems, creating and implementing architectural models, and suggesting improvements to current internal functions and processes that ServiceNow supports. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure the client has and understands the right technical strategy to transform their vision into reality.

  • Appropriate industry architectural certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.

  • Experience on a completed large and complex, full lifecycle projects as an Architect using ServiceNow platform in the public or private sector.
  • Experience managing the overall application platform architecture.
  • Experience overseeing development, validation, and deployment plans.
  • Experience implementing a court case management and/or adjudication administration functionality.
  • Experience in modeling and graphical representations.
  • Experience building strategic working relationships with C-Level leadership.
  • Experience delivering complex technology solutions at both program and project management level engagements.
  • Ability to learn on the job in order to speak the customer’s language.
  • Experience as either a major stakeholder in platform strategy or has implemented the ServiceNow platform in one or more organizations.
  • Humble and authentic by being transparent, freely sharing knowledge, open minded, and seeking feedback to improve.

Responsibilities

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the client’s technical trusted advisor and main point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Business Transformation: Oversee various sized projects to drive business transformation and ensure they meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Architecture Roadmaps: Create and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmaps that align with the business and IT organizational strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate Systems: Understand client organization initiatives to allow for evaluation of technology strategy, organization, business applications, and infrastructure to suggest improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify, build, and leverage relationships with business and managerial stakeholders to create an infrastructure that meets the business needs, ensure client satisfaction, and translates opportunities into sales.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee architecture landscape for ServiceNow and make recommendations as it relates to the business, application, technical, security, and data architecture.
  • Optimize Operations: Identify opportunities that reduce costs and improve efficiency for IT and business operations by providing target state solution architecture, assessments, and gap analysis to conduct trade-off discussions.
  • Architectural Compliance: Create, perform, and enforce architectural compliance for specific projects against established architectural criteria, business objectives, change control, and metadata management.
  • Research Technologies: Remain current with industry and ServiceNow emerging technologies; recommend new technologies for adoption as necessary.
