Architect, Business Systems
About The Position
Mosai is seeking an Architect, Business Systems to lead the design and evolution of our core business systems and partner closely with business leaders to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions. This individual acts as a hands-on architect for core business systems (e.g., CRM, Finance, Human Resources). Leads solution architecture for business IT initiatives by developing solution blueprints and designs, supporting technical development, addressing critical technical issues, and ensuring overall solution quality, while serving as a trusted advisor to business domain leaders and subject matter experts on improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years performing technology work in support of business & corporate systems
- Specific experience with implementations of Netsuite (Finance ERP) or Salesforce
- Experience with SaaS solutions including technical development, SDLC, support
- Ability to define solution architecture for transformation projects
- Experience working with SI’s/partners in developing SaaS solutions
- Willingness to dive in and fill gaps to ensure overall project and solution success
Responsibilities
- Technology leadership & support for key transformation initiatives with Finance/Netsuite & CRM
- “Hands on” technical leadership & support diving into details as needed to ensure success
- Creation of solution architecture / blueprint for transformation projects
- Development of systems blueprints for corporate system environment
- Technical leadership of SI’s / partners ensuring alignment with architectural direction
- Definition and support of SDLC & environments for SaaS systems development
- Participation in broader Architecture community
- Advise business leaders & SME’s on potential improvement opportunities
- Support development of capability roadmaps for each business domain
- Support our collaborative and innovative team culture that spans the organization
- Mentor, challenge, and grow your peers on the Mosai technology team
- All other job-related duties as assigned
