About The Position

The ARCA National Account Salesperson is responsible for long-term growth. They will implement effective and long-standing sales approaches to maintain and develop relationships with our National Account Clients. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, HubSpot preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or finance preferred.
  • 5+ years related work experience.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diligently prospect, sell, and service customers, attain sales goals, and increase the Company’s market share.
  • Conduct high level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services in a timely manner.
  • Be knowledgeable of and in compliance with the Company’s policies, rules, regulations, tariffs, and procedures.
  • Be the main point of contact internally for any customer issues, providing support to the coordination and operations teams when applicable, and monitoring the customer’s account status and addressing issues when needed.
  • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all aspects of prospecting, selling, and maintaining appropriate customer relationships.
  • Be a good steward of the company, always being financially prudent on behalf of the company in terms of pricing, discounting, travel, sponsorships, and more.

  • Be a “team player”, offering help, guidance, mentoring, and more to those who need it.
  • Communicate regularly with your peers, management, and subordinates to ensure the company is on track to support your efforts.
