About The Position
Aquatics Team Lead (College Students Encouraged to Apply) SwimKids Utah – Pleasant Grove, UT Looking to build real leadership experience while working in a high-energy, team-focused environment? SwimKids Utah is hiring a motivated, reliable team leader to help oversee our Aquatics Program. This role is ideal for college students or young professionals who want more than just a job-you'll gain hands-on experience leading a team, coaching others, and supporting daily operations in a growing business. Requirements
- Leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, club leadership, sports captain, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Passion for working with kids
- Ability to safely tread water while supervising students
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors
- Help train new hires and reinforce company standards
- Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons
- Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to families
- Assist with front desk operations and scheduling
- Support the General Manager with daily operations
