Requirements

  • Leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, club leadership, sports captain, etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
  • Dependable and organized
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Passion for working with kids
  • Ability to safely tread water while supervising students

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors
  • Help train new hires and reinforce company standards
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons
  • Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to families
  • Assist with front desk operations and scheduling
  • Support the General Manager with daily operations
