Within your respective shift assignment(s), the Aquatics Supervisor (AQS) will collaborate with the Aquatics Manager (AQM) to effectively direct and manage SMR aquatics operations and waterpark safety. The AQS is trained in water safety and enforces all pool regulations including SMR Policies and Procedures in accordance with property and applicable Lifeguard Manuals. This leadership role is significant to lead with integrity and coach team members to success, execute business requirements, and to support the aquatics team as they serve our guest. The AQS is responsible for guest satisfaction and employee accountability, as well as completing their daily work tasks and any additional tasks assigned. The AQS will work 8 to 10+ hours per shift, 5 or 6+ days each week, based on occupancy and staffing demand. Holidays and weekends are affected by peak demand which means all team members must work together during those days to keep operations running efficiently.
