About The Position

Aquatics Safety Coordinator - Full Time - With Benefits St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, a subdivision of St. Andrew's Parks and Playground, is searching for two Aquatics Safety Coordinators for our indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for 80 years! This full-time position involves supervising lifeguards, responding to emergencies, maintaining a safe and welcoming aquatic environment, and supporting swim programs, staff scheduling, training, payroll, and hiring. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for water safety. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings, for a minimum of 32 hours and up to 40 hours per week. This is for one of the two Aquatics Safety Coordinator positions, who will work together and coordinate their schedules to provide maximum coverage for the aquatics department.
