The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for applicants who can pass a water screening test, hold an active Ellis and Associates Guard License as well as a MD Certified Pool & Spa Operators license. The Manager on Duty will assist in leading In-Service training for their pool staff. We prefer candidates who are mature, friendly and have the ability to communicate professionally the rules and regulations of an aquatic setting to ensure a safe and fun environment for our guests. As a reminder to all applicants, the Aquatics Staff will do all they can to honor the pool preferences indicated. However, by submitting an application, the team member acknowledges and agrees they are applying to join the CA Team. Thereby, final placements will be based on experience, ability and need. During the season, staff members will be scheduled to work at connected facilities, partnered pools, or in dire cases, anywhere under the Columbia Association Aquatics umbrella. Requirements

Pass a water screening test
