The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for applicants to work in our Aquatics Call Center who have strong phone and office skills, as they will be the first point of contact on the phone and for walk-in visitors. Candidates will be answering questions regarding our pool programs as well as the amenities offered at our facilities. Call Center Agents are responsible for booking swim lessons, lap lanes, and assisting in our hiring process. They will perform basic bookkeeping, word processing, and filing job tasks.
