SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant is part of the Aquatics team and assists in administrative tasks in order to keep the management team free to deal with operations and planning. Their key job duties are data input, tracking trends, assisting frontline employees with payroll errors and other Human Resource type issues and to be a liaison for support departments, such as Human Resources, Accounting, and Risk Management. This Position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This person must be well organized and have good time management. The person in this position must be willing to work with other departments in a cooperative manor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Provide feedback to management about staff attendance. Train new employees and communicate with staff members as it relates to Schedule, Payroll, and other nonoperational duties. Recruit staff members for the department as needed by resort staffing demands Complete all required paperwork and checklists in a timely manner. Maintain professional image. Willingness to work schedule that fits the needs of the staff. Willingness to accept the most effective role. All other duties as assigned by management.
