Join our team as a Senior Engineering Lead for the Strategic Ledger Program, where you will provide pivotal technical leadership and guidance in enhancing and innovating our Design, delivery & Oracle SaaS capabilities. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless coverage and support for our ongoing and upcoming program rollouts, contributing directly to the strategic growth of our enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Program Delivery & Support: Drive successful planning, execution, and continuous support of infrastructure components for key programs within the PCT portfolio, including Strategic Ledger, Global Accounting Engine, Accounting Engine, and eRecon. Technical Leadership & Architectural Guidance: Provide expert technical leadership and strategic direction in the design, development, and implementation of scalable and effective automation solutions leveraging latest AI models and tools Oracle SaaS Platform Ownership: Provide end-to-end leadership and operational oversight for Oracle SaaS applications, ensuring high availability, resiliency, scalability, and data integrity. SaaS Integration Architecture: Design, govern, and support secure, scalable integrations between Oracle SaaS platforms and On‑Prem / Cloud-based systems using OCI Integration Cloud, SOA, REST APIs, file-based data import/export, event-driven messaging, and middleware platforms. Infrastructure Innovation: Champion and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing existing infrastructure capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation within the infrastructure engineering domain. Project & Delivery Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects across the PCT portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Strategic Initiatives Management: Lead and deliver critical strategic infrastructure projects, including: Iceberg Proof of Concept (POC): Oversee the exploration and implementation of Iceberg for optimizing data lake architecture and performance. Accounting Vault Implementation: Drive the successful deployment of Accounting Vault solutions to bolster data security, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Solace Migration & Optimization: Lead the comprehensive migration to and optimization of Solace messaging platforms to improve real-time data flow and system integration. Chatbot Development: Guide the development and integration of AI-powered chatbots to streamline and automate accounting processes, improving efficiency and user experience. CI/CD Pipeline Streamlining: Drive the adoption of engineering excellence tools and best practices to optimize and automate Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable software deployment. Environment Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead strategy for Oracle SaaS environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PRE-PROD, PROD), including refreshes, cloning, masking, cutover planning, and ongoing environment hygiene. Release & Patch Management: Own Oracle quarterly patching and release cycles, assessing functional and technical impact, coordinating regression testing, validating integrations, and ensuring smooth production deployments with zero or minimal business disruption. Security, Risk & Compliance: Ensure Oracle SaaS infrastructure and integrations comply with enterprise security standards, SOX, audit, and regulatory controls, including identity integration (SSO, IAM), role design, data access governance, and encryption standards. Performance Monitoring & Incident Management: Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning for Oracle SaaS workloads and integrations; lead root cause analysis for production incidents and drive permanent remediation. SaaS Cost & License Optimization: Partner with finance, procurement, and Oracle vendors to manage SaaS subscription usage, optimize licensing costs, track consumption, and forecast future infrastructure needs. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with third-party vendors and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and technology adoption. Global Team Leadership & Mentorship: Potentially lead, mentor, and develop global engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on technical growth and high performance.
