About The Position

We are seeking a Global Head of Foundation Services Technology to steer our Prime Services division. In this senior management role, you will own and drive the technology strategy for our critical client and reference data platforms. You will partner directly with senior leaders across Prime Finance and Futures & Derivative Clearing to deliver robust, scalable solutions that power our business growth. Requirements

• A proven track record of 10+ years in technology, with significant experience managing and leading global development teams.
• Deep experience in architecting and building scalable Reference Data, Pricing and Client Hierarchy platforms.
• Strong background in modern applications development using Java, Spring, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with DevOps principles and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and version control (Git).
• A strong understanding of, or keen interest in, the Finance Sector, particularly concepts related to Prime Finance, security/instrument/pricing reference data, and client account data.
• Exceptional and clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required

• Foster a culture of sound risk management and ethical conduct. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies while protecting our firm and our clients.
