What Youâll Be Doing (Depends on Your Experience) No two roles look exactly the same, but hereâs what our teams generally work on: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects Reading prints, following plans, and executing work safely and correctly Supporting crew leads or leading crews yourself (Foremen & Supers) Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and other trades Keeping jobs moving while maintaining Titanâs safety and quality standards If youâre a Helper or Apprentice, weâll teach you. If youâre a Journeyman, weâll trust your skills. If youâre a Foreman or Superintendent, weâll rely on your leadership. Requirements
