About The Position

Land Rover Mission Viejo, part of the Lithia & Driveway family , is looking for a motivated Apprentice Service Technician to join our service team. Requirements

• Entry-level automotive experience or technical school enrollment/completion preferred
• Strong desire to learn and grow as an automotive technician
• Basic mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and fluid checks
• Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures using factory tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders
• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety standards
