About The Position

Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. We Offer: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs Pay raise following paid training completion Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Wellness, mileage, and tool stipend provided Weekly team meetings with breakfast provided About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Requirements

Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
