The technician is also accountable for maintaining dealership tools and adhering to regulations for hazardous material disposal. Continuous professional development is a core aspect, requiring attendance at factory-sponsored and safety training classes, achieving at least one ASE Certification, staying updated on technical bulletins, and fostering strong working relationships within the service department and with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
