About The Position

We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! You will assist the lead installer as they complete the installation of heating and air conditioning systems. Requirements

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday.
Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces.
Must be open to learning and taking direction from management.
It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications.
It is required to have knowledge of installing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters, and boilers.
Must be well groomed, drug free, have a good driving record and be dependable.
Driver's License (Required)

NATE Certification (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
