About The Position

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Work directly with and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact Preventative Maintenance on small RTU’s and split systems, 10 tons and below Complete service calls Perform routine maintenance and service calls Communicate with customers regarding routine maintenance and minor issues Handles minor repairs under supervision Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers Required Qualifications 1-3 years of HVAC service experience Basic system knowledge, including understanding fundamentals of HVAC principles, identifying major components, and air conditioning systems 1-2 years of experience with conducting routine maintenance, such as filter changes, coil cleaning and checking refrigerant levels. 1-2 years experience with basic electrical and mechanical work, including the use of multimeter and basic hand tools to check voltages, capacitors and electrical circuits. different types of HVAC systems, including residential and light commercial units Possess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind Strong verbal and written communication skills. Requirements

1-3 years of HVAC service experience
Basic system knowledge, including understanding fundamentals of HVAC principles, identifying major components, and air conditioning systems
1-2 years of experience with conducting routine maintenance, such as filter changes, coil cleaning and checking refrigerant levels.
1-2 years experience with basic electrical and mechanical work, including the use of multimeter and basic hand tools to check voltages, capacitors and electrical circuits. different types of HVAC systems, including residential and light commercial units
Possess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration
Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
