About The Position

Primary Purpose: Assist with the repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Assist with the Facility scheduling of A/C and lighting request. Work schedule M-F 2:30pm to 11:00 pm

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to interrupt written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to operate tools and equipment used in assigned department.
• Must be able to learn basic fundamentals of trade
• Must be able to climb ladders safely
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to learn Automated Logics and Inify software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC projects
• Assist with preventive maintenance projects
• Assist with water treatment programs
• Assist in filter changes
• Purse schooling in at least on craft or trade.
• Maintain records and reports as assigned
• Care for tools and equipment in assigned departments.
• Must demostrate a positive attitude, flexibility,and a willingness to preform addditional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
