What You’ll Do: Assist lead craftsmen on residential jobs (bathrooms, kitchens, repairs, etc.) Help with demo, prep work, installations, and job cleanup Learn basic skills in drywall, tile, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and stucco Maintain a clean and professional job site Interact respectfully with customers when needed Important: We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career—not someone just looking for a temporary job. Requirements
- Strong work ethic – shows up on time and ready to work
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and team player
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus (but not required)
- Reliable transportation is required
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of construction or handyman experience
- Experience in drywall, tile, or general remodeling
- Ability to work independently on smaller tasks
Responsibilities
