About The Position

We are an automation and electrical integrator providing services to the oil and gas, industrial, and related industries. Our expertise covers virtually all facets of electrical contracting for the upstream oil and gas industries, including specialty expertise in new well sites and production facility electrification. The Electrical Apprentice role will be field based project support making sure that NES is building a high quality, customer friendly, top of the line package. This role will be in direct communication with project electrical lead, both internally and externally. However, the Electrical Apprentice will maintain constant communication with their immediate supervisor to guarantee project needs are met. As a member of the NES Team, the Electrical Apprentice will serve as an accountable party in ensuring projects are completed properly and in a timely manner. #native

Requirements

• POSSESS ELECTRICAL TRAINEE CERTIFICATION ACCORDING TO STATE REQUIREMENTS.
• HAVE SOME ELECTRICAL SERVICE WORK EXPERIENCE.
• DEMONSTRATE KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRICAL CODES.
• POSSESS THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND SCHEMATICS AND TECHNICAL MANUALS.
• ABILITY TO TRAVEL.
• ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Nice To Haves

• TWO-YEAR OR TRADE DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD PREFERRED.
• STRONG TROUBLESHOOTING ABILITIES.

Responsibilities
