Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars
• A great work ethic and reliability
• A willingness to learn and grow within the role

Nice To Haves

• Trade school background or experience in a body shop
• I-CAR and ASE Certification

Responsibilities

• Working alongside a skilled Auto Body Estimator to learn the craft
• Assisting in preparing detailed repair estimates for damaged vehicles
• Communicating with insurance companies and coordinating customer appointments
• Dispatching work and ensuring a smooth repair process
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive experience for every client
