Requirements
- The Appraiser position requires a self-motivated, driven individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and research abilities
- Have a strong desire to obtain and maintain professional designations
- The Appraiser must be able to travel independently.

- Complete high-quality appraisals while meeting strict deadlines.
- Managing their own time
- Communicating with BBG colleagues and clients on appraisal status.
