This intern will work part-time during the school year and full-time through the summer of 2026.The internship is located out of either our Fond du Lac, WI; Sun Prairie, WI; Freeport, IL; or Janesville, WI office locations. The contributions you will make: This internship will assist with real estate evaluations and market surveys as well as obtain and analyze sales data information to accurately plat legal descriptions for sales and plat subject properties. A typical day: Collect and analyze sales information to support appraisals and asset valuation. Assist appraisers with property inspections.
