The Appointment Associate serves as primary contact for Student Life Student Health Services customers, in person and by telephone, and routes to appropriate services. As a member of the Advice/Appointment team, schedules patient appointments within the electronic health record; interviews customers, enters information, determines eligibility, schedules appointments, and provides general SLSHS information and routes calls appropriately; facilitates completion of necessary patient forms and distributes to appropriate departments adjusts provider schedules and monitors appointment scheduling system; provides front desk support for special programs and assists with special projects as assigned.
