About The Position

We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters based in Grenada to support our growing U.S.-based benefits agency. This role focuses on outbound outreach to individuals who have previously expressed interest in learning more about their supplemental benefits. This is a structured, remote opportunity ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistency. This role does not require insurance licensing and does not involve policy sales.

Requirements

• Clear, professional English communication
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Organized and able to follow systems
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads
