Succeed.” Role: Appointment Setter (Phone Sales) The Appointment Setter — Phone Sales professional is responsible for converting firm-provided leads into qualified, scheduled appointments for our financial advisors. This is a high-activity, performance-based role focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, and calendar conversion — not cold prospecting. Leads are provided, and your focus is on contact, connection, and commitment. You will act as the first live voice prospects hear from Guerra Wealth Advisors — building interest, establishing trust, overcoming objections, and securing scheduled meetings. This role works closely with the advisory team to ensure their calendars are filled with qualified opportunities and that prospects are properly prepared for their appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated phone sales professional who wants to sharpen closing skills, earn uncapped commissions, and build a pathway toward a future advisor role.
