About The Position

This role is for a driven, outgoing professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement, who thrives in face-to-face interactions and enjoys persuading and influencing others. As a Brand Ambassador for Renewal by Andersen, the custom window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, you will be the face of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce homeowners to industry-leading window and door solutions, engaging with them at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events. The position involves building rapport, uncovering customer needs, generating high-quality leads, and booking free, in-home consultations for the sales team.

Requirements

  • A natural salesperson – you love talking to people and have a talent for persuasion
  • Resilient and goal-oriented – comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
  • Strong communicator – able to connect, influence, and engage with all types of people
  • Comfortable in face-to-face marketing settings
  • Must have: personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Willing and able to stand on your feet for 5–10 hours
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.)
  • A growth mindset – eager to learn and develop your sales skills
