About The Position

As an Appointment Scheduler, you’ll connect with potential customers, schedule and close appointments, and help ensure our sales team meets its goals. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for a professional and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center, appointment setting, or inside sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries
  • Schedule and close qualified appointments, maximizing show rates
  • Document call outcomes and appointment details in our CRM
  • Follow up strategically to increase booked appointments
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
