About The Position

The Appointment Coordinator (AC) is responsible for calling all leads and prospects of certain workshops in order to set meeting appointments with GBE network agents. The AC may also make outbound calls to a GBE network agents CRM prospect list to attempt to set meeting appointments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or other college degree, certification, or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in the financial services industry
  • 2 years experience in appointment setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience creating and utilizing appointment scripts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience working with insurance agents and advisors.
  • Knowledge of federal employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the GBE Program Manager and GBE Network Agents to identify prospect lists for appointment setting call-outs.
  • Make call-outs to prospect lists in order to obtain meeting appointments with various GBE network agents.
  • Work closely with certain GBE Network agents to identify past workshop attendees in their CRM to call for potential appointments or workshops.
  • Track calls and results in the GBE CRM system.
  • Continuously update and improve call-out messages to increase the success rate of workshop attendees.
  • Team with workshop coordinators to identify future invitees for GBE workshops or seminars.
