About The Position

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in servicing a vehicle at your car dealership, or at their home / work location. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and work at the front desk to greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Nice To Haves

  • CDK DMS proficiency preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
  • Schedule Appointments and coordinate remote experiences for customers
  • Coordinate loaner fleet, tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain office supplies for specific location
