Imperial Dade has an Office Clerk role available in Orlando Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. This entry-level role is perfect for someone comfortable with repetitive tasks and willing to contribute wherever needed. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with a 10-key calculator
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • appoint all the inbound POs
  • answer all the emails requesting appointments
  • Answer emails regarding POs appointed
  • Assist the customer support department
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
