Appointment Center Specialist
About The Position
Groundworks is seeking talented Appointment Center Specialists to join our tribe in Virginia Beach, VA! As an Appointment Center Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact with our future customers. You will utilize excellent customer service skills to create a positive first impression with interested homeowners then, schedule initial free inspection appointments as the first step to earning their business. You will handle inbound calls from homeowners eager to work with us, as well as make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) in a fast-paced call center environment. Average earners take home $20-23+/hr (base Pay $14/hr + $3 bonus per each appointment booked & ran) Day shifts available (rotating weekends required) Onsite in Virginia Beach, VA Groundworks is the leading provider of Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting & Stabilization. Requirements
- Must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with 2 weekdays off instead on those weeks
- Speak English proficiently, Spanish a plus but not required
- Proficient phone and communication skills
- Positive and competitive nature
- Comfortable using computers
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls using an automated dialer. All calls are warm - no cold calling!
- Schedule inspection and estimate appointments with interested homeowners
- Maintain customer information within company software
- All other duties as necessary
