The Ashley School is within The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). The Ashley School of Global Development and the Environment is seeking a detail‑oriented, collaborative, and service‑minded Appointment and Onboarding Coordinator to play a central role in supporting our academic community. This position is vital to ensuring smooth, accurate, and inclusive appointment and onboarding experiences for faculty, staff, visitors, and students across the School. The Appointment and Onboarding Coordinator orchestrates a broad range of academic and non‑academic personnel processes, working closely with School administrative managers, CALS Human Resources, and university partners. This role oversees appointments throughout the employee and visitor lifecycle, ensures compliance with college and university policies, and serves as a trusted resource for faculty, staff, and international scholars. A significant focus of the position is helping faculty hire academic and nonacademic employees that will support their research projects, as well as leading onboarding initiatives that help new members of the Ashley School feel supported, informed, and connected from day one.
