About The Position

Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. With one transformative solution, the Reveleer platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment, provider outreach and data retrieval, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes. Reveleer’s Applied Analytics Internship Program is designed as a two-summer experience designed for high-potential undergraduate students interested in healthcare analytics, operations, and artificial intelligence. This program provides hands-on exposure to both operational workflows and advanced analytics, with a focus on developing and testing AI-driven solutions to improve medical record retrieval processes, which is one of the most critical components of risk adjustment.

Requirements

Rising sophomores and juniors in relevant course of study

Nice To Haves

Experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, or similar)
Familiarity with Excel or data manipulation techniques
Exposure to statistics, experimentation, or basic machine learning concepts
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses
Curiosity about how operational processes work and how to improve them
Interest in applied AI (not just theory, but someone who wants to build and test things)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to engage in hands-on operational work
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly

Responsibilities

Learn end-to-end retrieval operations and workflows
Participate directly in retrieval activities to build domain expertise
Collaborate with the Applied Analytics team on experimental AI initiatives
Test and evaluate AI tools designed to improve retrieval efficiency
Help define and track key performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, yield, accuracy)
Document findings and contribute to process improvement recommendations
Build and maintain data pipelines supporting retrieval and analytics workflows
Develop and refine algorithms and AI tools to optimize retrieval processes
Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Design experiments to measure the impact of AI-driven interventions
Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
