Ingram Micro is seeking an Applied AI Intern for its 10-week PAID Summer Internship Program. This program is designed for college and university students ready to expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work within a global organization. The position is based in the Irvine, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule that includes required in-office days. Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and include cohort activities such as learning & development trainings, executive speaker sessions, and other networking opportunities. Applications open in March, with recruiters and hiring managers reviewing applications on a rolling basis from March to April. Candidates can expect to hear by the end of April if selected for an interview. The first cohort runs from June 1st to August 7th, and the second from June 15th to August 21st.

Requirements

Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program
Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analysis
Understanding of modern AI technologies such as LLMs and agent-based systems
Programming and analytical problem solving skills
