About The Position
The internship is a 12-week, part-time program for those interested in clinical data science, machine learning, and bioinformatics. Potential project areas a computational pathology image analysis, NGS analysis, flow cytometry. A background in unix command line interface and python programming skills is recommended. ARUP Laboratories is a national clinical and anatomic pathology reference laboratory and an enterprise of the University of Utah and its Department of Pathology. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Requirements
- Successful candidates will have python programming skills.
- A background in unix command line interface and python programming skills is recommended.
