The Team: The newly formed Applied AI team develops AI solutions to solve critical business challenges. Through collaboration with Go-to-Market and Product & Engineering teams the team drives the success of our customers through the development of cutting-edge AI capabilities. The team operates globally and across all industries. The Role: As an Applied AI Business Value Consultant you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design innovative AI solutions using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You'll collaborate with Product & Engineering to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategy.
Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings.
Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering to inform future product development based on customer feedback.
Train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions.
